The workshop will take place at the
TUI Blue Fleesensee Hotel in 17213 Göhren-Lebbin (not to be mistaken with "Göhren" on Rügen island)
from Monday, 27th - Wednesday, 29th of March 2017.
Especially PhDs and (early) PostDocs are welcome to present their work and results in talks and posters (all). The workshop will also give the opportunity for further scientific discussions and exchange between the different REKLIM working groups and topics. If you wish to participate in the workshop we kindly ask you to register until 28th of February 2017 under following link: online registration form
We can't promise that everybody can give a talk but we will make sure that all the topics will have the opportunity to present their work at least during the poster session. The workshop language will be English. The maximum time allocated to each talk is 20 minutes (including discussion). Please note that at the end of the workshop there will be an award for the best oral and poster presentation. Please send your presentation titles to marietta.weigelt@awi.de until 8th of March 2017.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: We have blocked rooms at the TUI Blue Fleesensee Hotel in 17213 Göhren-Lebbin. A single room costs 80,00 €/night including breakfast. For your hotel room reservation please send the corresponding information (arrival/departure) via the registration form until 28th of February 2017. This time, we will collect the data and forward it to the hotel. At the end of the workshop, participants will be responsible for the payment of their individual hotel bills. Hint for administration: The principles of efficiency / cost-effectiveness and economy have been followed in accordance with German travel expenses law for civil services. The Hotel TUI Blue Fleesensee is selected as conference hotel due to the special conditions in combination of rooms and conference facilities. Transfer to hotel: We will organise a bus transfer on Monday, 27 March 2017 from Waren train station to the hotel (departure 27.03.17, 12:40) and back on Wednesday, 29 March 2017 (departure 29.03.17, 12:30). All other transfers from the train station to the hotel and back have to be organised by the participants themselves (e.g. by taxi). The hotel can only provide a limited transfer.
